Shipping Policy

At Veltrix Pet Club, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping (when available): 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package at any time by visiting our Track Order page. Please allow up to 48–72 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your shipment details.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to high carrier volume, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please wait a few additional business days before contacting us. If your package appears to be significantly delayed, reach out to our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Veltrix Pet Club is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@veltrixpetclub.store — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
