30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange within this period.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- For hygiene reasons, some items (such as grooming gloves and used toys) can only be returned if unopened.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@veltrixpetclub.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with simple next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — in most cases without needing the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective or sent in error.
